to air travel.
Sometimes, getting away from the problem
can bring you closer to the solution. In our general retreats, we try to
have three teams of 4 participants,
with a variety of businesses and professions, to get the
best idea-mix in our seminars. All
on-the-water activities are supported
by professional skippers, in matched boats, so the racing
is pure fun! Organization-specific retreats can be customized around your particular needs.
Typically, four-day, enterprise-specific
programs are held in Annapolis, over a long weekend, and
could include Sales Force Excellence, Strategic Planning, Business-Process Re-engineering,
Organizational Alignment, or Leadership Development. Content,
duration and location can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.
