James L. Jarvis, BS, MBA, President
Jim is a dynamic public speaker and leader with 30 years experience developing international
business. He has grown teams, developed
product, and managed major global accounts for technology-driven companies. His focus is coaching business people to succeed.
He provides a unique blend of technical understanding and strategic marketing focus, to energize
and catalyze teams around common goals. Jim specializes in organizational change and growth,
working with leaders and businesses, to develop vision, set strategic goals, and align
work groups to achieve improved results.
Jim earned BS and MBA degrees at Rutgers University. He is a trained coach, and certified Facilitator, and
has worked with global sales and product organizations growing businesses in semiconductor
manufacturing, industrial electronics, communications, factory automation and scientific instrumentation systems.
He has appeared extensively on radio and television, and led seminars for groups as diverse
as high-energy physicists at Los Alamos, scientists in Mainland China, and students
at MIT and The Sorbonne. Jim has worked with IBM, Intel, Schlumberger, ST Microelectronics, Alcatel,
Lucent, and AT&T, among others, solving manufacturing problems, improving performance,
and producing business growth.
When he's not coaching, Jim consults with technology-based firms, The National Institute of Justice, and the
US departments of Justice and Homeland Security, as subject matter expert in Imaging Devices,
RF communications technology, and data sharing in law enforcement and public safety.

Chair-Education and Public Sector Practice
Peg Jarvis has more than 25 years experience as writer and
editor, multi-media producer, teacher, trainer, and puppeteer. She has done
extensive work with special-needs students and special populations,
and has taught in Vermont, Maryland and New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor
in Fine Arts from Douglass College and Masters in Education from Rutgers University.
The education practice supports curriculum development for K-12 publishers,
and performs federal and state standards conformance audits. We facilitate
in-service leadership development and achievement programs for educators and student populations.
